Over the past several months, our team has worked tirelessly to develop new features, upgrade, and refine the DDEX exchange platform. Countless coffee cups and many standup meetings later, we are excited to announce that DDEX’s Closed Beta API is now up and running.
We encourage any enthusiastic developers to try out the API and provide feedback. After collecting and addressing feedbacks gathered during the closed beta, we will release our official API to the public.
Unlike centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges do not require custody of users’ trade permissions. There are no “API keys” on DDEX: each order is authenticated by the same cryptographic signature scheme used to authenticate any other Ethereum transaction. The trading permissions for DDEX’s API are entirely contained within the private key of the user.
If you’re interested in checking out our Closed Beta API, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide access to the API documentation and support forums immediately.
We are eager to answer your API questions and to receive comments from our community.
